Are you an outgoing HR professional who loves connecting people and creating positive employee experiences? Skyline Products is growing fast and we’re looking for a detail-driven HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help shape our people-first culture!

This is more than just an admin role — you'll be a key player in recruiting top talent, making onboarding smooth and memorable, supporting benefits and leave processes, and helping drive engagement across the company. What You’ll Do

  • Keep employee records organized and accurate (both digital and paper)

  • Update HR databases with new hires, exits, and leave statuses

  • Own the onboarding/offboarding experience for new and exiting employees

  • Post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews

  • Manage pre-hire paperwork and post-offer steps

  • Plan and deliver new hire orientation sessions

  • Partner with the HR Director on employee engagement and recognition programs

  • Support benefits administration, including Open Enrollment

  • Track recruitment metrics and support reporting needs

  • Run and clean monthly HR reports; validate data accuracy

  • Assist with audits and ensure HR policy compliance

  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and new hire paperwork

  • Maintain I-9 files and process E-Verify

  • Prepare documentation for unemployment claims

  • Support Workers’ Comp and company safety programs


What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s a plus!)

  • 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent education/training

  • Solid knowledge of HR systems — Paylocity experience is a big plus!

  • Comfortable pulling and analyzing data in Excel (intermediate skills required)

  • Experience with high-volume recruitment and ATS platforms

  • Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and top-notch data entry

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with care and professionalism

  • Organized, proactive, and a master at multitasking


Pay & Perks

  • Hourly Rate: $22–$26, depending on experience
