Description
Reporting to the CHRO, the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Analyst is a key player in making COMHAR a high impact HR organization. As experts in HRIS, they collect and analyze data to improve workflows and productivity in HR and across the organization. With a special focus on optimizing Paylocity and integrated HR systems, they lead in supercharging the adoption of new features of these systems.
Job Duties:
- Leading the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems that include Paylocity, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Working with COMHAR departments to adopt new features in Paylocity and integrated systems with the goal of increasing ease of use efficiency.
- Maintaining and administering ad hoc report writing tools for end users with goal of developing key metrics for the organization.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits of Paylocity.
- Coordinating with Information Technology and all COMHAR departments to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.?
- Managing requests from COMHAR departments for process improvements, system enhancements, and the development and/or purchase of new software applications.?
Qualifications:
- Experience with ATS systems, including Tracker and Paylocity
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in database administration and HR software
- Fluency in automation sequencing and system integration processes
