Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Food Service Field Coach to lead the transformation and growth of food service operations across our network. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every store delivers high-quality food, maintains rigorous safety standards, and provides an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader and mentor, passionate about food, and committed to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Coaching
- Deliver engaging, practical training sessions on food preparation, hygiene, and customer service.
- Coach and mentor store teams to build confidence, consistency, and capability in food service delivery.
- Support the onboarding and upskilling of new and existing team members, ensuring they meet brand and safety standards.
- Support New stores Opening
- Operational Excellence
- Conduct regular audits and store visits to evaluate food service performance and compliance.
- Identify operational gaps and work collaboratively with store teams to implement improvements.
- Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed in line with regulatory and company standards.
- Performance Monitoring
- Analyze store-level KPIs including food sales, waste reduction, customer satisfaction, and compliance scores.
- Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with store managers to set goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements.
- Product & Menu Execution
- Oversee the rollout of new food products, limited time offers, and seasonal menus.
- Ensure all stores are equipped and trained to execute menu changes effectively and consistently.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food service, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or convenience retail.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP, and best practices in food handling.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and inspire teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multi-site food service operations or franchise environments.
- Certification in food safety, hospitality, or culinary management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
