Location: In Office (Warner Robins, GA)

Pay Range: $17.00/hr – $18.00/hr + Incentives (SPIFF)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a team-oriented environment
• Manage a busy dispatch switchboard with professionalism and accuracy
• Schedule and route technicians based on skill set and customer needs
• Support service, sales, and installation teams with efficient coordination
• Process payments over the phone
• Help drive revenue and meet market goals
• Be a key part of helping customers feel cared for—because that’s what we do!

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of dispatch experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong call center or customer service background
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a big plus!
