As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll use real world problem solving, communication and mentoring skills every day, no two shifts are the same!

What You'll Do:

• Support daily living activities (meals, transportation, routines)
• Build strong, respectful relationships with the people you support
• Help individuals work toward independence, goals, skills
• Respond to challenges with a calm, solution focused mindset
• Work both independently and as part of a team

A valid driver's license and the ability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift and weekends is required.
