Requirements

• A love for soccer and a desire to coach and motivate kids aged 4-12 years.
• Must possess a fun, friendly, and engaging personality to connect with players.
• Ability to lead and organize practice sessions with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Prior experience working with children is a plus, but a passion for youth development is essential!
• Reliable transportation to travel to different practice and game locations.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, with flexible availability preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with parents, players, and fellow coaches.
• Must be able to adapt to different age groups and skill levels to provide a tailored experience for all players.
• Background in sports or coaching is a bonus, but not a requirement.
