What You’ll Do:

• Own the daily reconciliation of cash accounts and ensure timely journal entries.
• Manage Fixed Asset accounting, including roll forwards, CAPEX detail, and compliance reports.
• Partner with AR to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes.
• Handle weekly customer billing reports and inventory-related tasks.
• Support payroll preparation one day per week for our Boxes LLC division.
• Assist with audits and proactively lead special projects.
• Help refine financial processes and policies to drive smart decision-making.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
• Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica is a plus)
• Advanced Excel and Access skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to improve processes
• Clear and confident communication skills

The annualized good faith base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable certifications, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Company.
