ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strive towards a culture of proactive safety.
- Precision mechanical assembly of complex assemblies using internal drawings, shop travelers, set-up sheets and measuring tools
- Train team members within the department in general and equipment specific procedures.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure that departmental work is performed in a safe manner according to company safety standards.
- Provide technical support in special process.
- Vacuum Braze, pre and post braze straightening.
- Chemical cleaning of components.
- Preventative maintenance and equipment calibration.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED).
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- 10+ years experience in heat treat or vacuum braze experience
- Ability to read internal drawings and use basic measuring equipment.
