This is a hybrid position based out of our Waltham, MA office.

In this role, you’ll bring Pega’s purpose to life through volunteerism, education access, and charitable giving initiatives. You’ll work across regions, functions, and external partnerships to deliver meaningful, measurable impact aligned with our Pega values and brand.
What You'll Do at Pega:
In this role, you will lead and execute PegaCares programs globally—driving employee engagement through volunteer campaigns, donation matching, and global give-back events. You’ll manage key relationships with nonprofit organizations and talent partner groups, identifying opportunities for collaboration that align with Pega’s values and business goals. You will also own the development of Pega’s annual Impact Report, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to highlight measurable outcomes. By ensuring all initiatives are inclusive and responsive to diverse regional needs, you will play a critical role in amplifying Pega’s culture of impact. Additionally, you’ll partner with internal communications and employer brand teams to share compelling stories that elevate employee pride and position Pega as a purpose-driven employer.

What You've Accomplished:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in social impact, CSR, or employee engagement roles.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience managing nonprofit or partner relationships and understanding of donation/volunteerism frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive high-quality execution with minimal oversight.
- Data orientation and comfort presenting outcomes or progress metrics to leadership.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a lean and evolving function.
- An aptitude to aggregate and validate data and develop insights for business stakeholders.
- An inspiring team player with a collaborative working style.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Comfort using data to track and share progress.
