Position: In-Room Dining Server

Responsibilities:

• Take room service orders over the telephone following In-Room Dining phone procedures.
• Relay all orders to the kitchen promptly.
• Carry silverware, linen, and food on a tray or use a serving cart/vehicle to transport orders to guest rooms.
• Set up tables and serve food and beverages with finesse.
• Answer guest questions regarding room service and fulfill additional food or drink requests.
• Collect or stack dirty dishes and remove them from rooms.
• Garnish dishes as necessary.
• Present the final check with a personalized touch.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager on duty.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• One year of previous related experience preferred.
• Serve Safe & Tips Training certification is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• AM and PM shifts available.
