Position Outputs
Strategic / Financial
• Support the implementation of Barloworld Equipment Talent and Performance strategies, policies, initiatives and programmes aligned to business strategic imperatives ensuring superior customer experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of strategic workforce planning solutions and initiatives that meet business imperatives.
• Drive the implementation and adaptation of the talent management initiatives and programmes at the operational level through partnering with Business Human Capital Partners and other relevant business stakeholders.
• Plan and ensure effective implementation of Regional Talent Reviews/Forums to build bench-strength aligned with overall business strategy.
Operational
• Conduct accurate analysis on any Talent and Performance related data and statistics gathered, providing detailed and relevant feedback to business stakeholders and enabling them to make better talent decisions.
• Facilitate the Psychometric Assessments and 360 Leadership Assessments processes.
• Conduct analysis on the online exit interview trends and report accordingly.
• Ensure timely payment of psychometric assessments and 360 leadership assessments administered across the business.
• Conduct training sessions to upskill Human Capital Operations and business leaders on the execution Talent and Performance processes and systems in order to achieve respective departmental objectives.
Stakeholders (internal and external customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities)
• Build strong trusting relationships with key internal stakeholders to manage and coordinate the delivery of Talent and Performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Human Capital Partners on the execution of the annual performance optimisation cycle as per agreed timelines
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Minimum required qualification:
• B-degree or a post-graduate degree in Psychology
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychometrist
Minimum required experience:
• Cross functional knowledge of human capital policies, procedures and processes
• Three years performance optimization experience
• Three years psychometric assessment experience
• Three years talent management experience
• One to two years human capital generalist experience would be an advantage
