As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales strategies and supporting our business objectives. Your analytical mindset will help us identify new business opportunities and support our sales teams in maximizing their potential.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies;
- Support the sales team in preparing and delivering reports and presentations;
- Prospect opportunities within the clients list
- Identify sales opportunity with 300 SMBs account under your management
- Negotiate and conduct contract alignments for technical sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives;
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies and sales proposals;
- Provide insights on customer behavior and preferences to enhance service offerings;
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field;
- Experience with sales for SMBs of technology products such as SaaS or CPaaS.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools;
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
- Ability to understand complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights;
- Experience in sales support or analysis preferred;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
- Fluency in local language and proficiency in English;
- Prior experience in a technology or telecommunications company is an advantage.
