We're on the hunt for a hands-on, ideas-driven Communication Specialist to shape how Atlean World is seen, felt, and remembered across digital platforms.
You’ll be the engine behind our marketing machine — from campaigns and social media to internal comms and brand development — with freedom to create, test, and build the extraordinary, without boundaries.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Proactively source and identify top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Transform hiring needs into targeted search strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Track sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, pipeline quality) to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters, HR, and Hiring Managers to align candidate profiles with role requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting open roles and showcasing company culture across relevant channels.
- Keep candidate databases and pipelines updated and organized for current and future hiring needs.
- Be the daily go-to for maintaining a steady flow of qualified candidates, ensuring a proactive and creative sourcing approach.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills (Core Skills):
- Strong ability to conduct targeted searches and build effective Boolean strings.
- Skilled at identifying and engaging potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Solid time and task management skills.
- High accountability: when you take it on, it gets done.
- Proactivity: you don't wait for instructions, you propose solutions.
- Based in or able to commute to Famalicão region.
- Fluent in English (B2+ minimum).
