Your Tasks
The S&CM Manager – TRAX and Digital Initiatives plays a pivotal role in elevating NIVEA India’s in-store excellence. This encompasses taking comprehensive ownership of the retail execution ecosystem through the innovative TRAX platform, ensuring optimal brand visibility, perfect assortment, and flawless compliance across all retail channels. You will have the critical responsibility of managing TRAX KPIs while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement the Category Success Model, thereby driving measurable business impact.
Main Accountabilities
Planning
Lead strategic planning and execution of in-store visibility initiatives utilizing the TRAX platform across diverse channels
Oversee the TRAX store scale-up commitments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets
Ensure flawless retail execution that embodies product availability, strategic placement, visibility, and compliance metrics
Develop, track, and assess MSL and facing targets across all channels to maintain optimal shelf presence and visibility effectiveness
Implement the Category Success Model in partnership with sales teams; consistently monitor and evaluate progress to ensure impactful outcomes
Engage with EM teams to review TRAX progress, sharing insights, and continuously identifying areas for improvement
Commercial
Manage the TRAX budget effectively, guaranteeing alignment with the overarching departmental budgets and financial strategies
Field Management
Supervise the setup of TRAX, calibration of KPIs, and ensure data integrity across systems
Coordinate with sales teams for product availability and merchandising teams for execution, while providing training to field teams related to TRAX usage and updated KPIs
Monitor MSL compliance, quality metrics, facings, visibility levels, and adherence to seasonal SKU requirements
Others
Collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance the TRAX initiative and share best practices that drive overall performance
Maintain accountability for TRAX budgets ensuring a robust return on investment for all initiatives
Align local retail execution standards with global KPIs and category strategies, ensuring coherence in approach and outcome
Engage consistently with global teams to share insights and learnings, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Your Profile
MBA from a Tier 1 institute in Sales & Marketing
2–3 years’ experience in Sales, out of which 1–2 years should be in frontline sales
Experience in FMCG industry is desired
