- High School Diploma or equivalent - Valid California Driver's License - Six (6) years of experience as a groundskeeper or gardener. - Ability to obtain Pest Control Applicator's License prior to completion of probation. Desirable Qualifications: - Advanced training in workplace safety - Three (3) years of supervisory experience - Specialized training in practical gardening properties such as plants, shrubs, pruning, pesticides or fertilizing.
