This is new combined team across Transition, KYC, Regulatory and Documentation teams and your primary role will be to integrate teams into one to be best-in-class to focus on client experience, first time right and scale.

Your team will be part of wider IB Onboarding organization focusing on bringing together unique skillset to drive powerful capabilities for our clients.
Your expertise
• Deep understanding of the financial market, clients, their types and vendors utilized in the market
• Proven record of working with the clients’ and optimize processes based on the client’s feedback while ensuring compliance
• Proven track record of delivering scale for operational teams
• Deep understanding of AML and regulatory requirements related to onboarding clients for your region
• Strong understanding of technology and vendors used in the space to maximize straight through processing.
• Strong presentation, analytical and communication skillset
• A solution-oriented mindset to increase throughput and reduce time to market
