Tasks Performed:
- 50% Manages and influences activities within the Retail Banking Department. Acts as a primary point of contact for the Retail Banking team; manages and provides input/insight for projects, reports, and general activities within the department. Collaborates with and provides support to the EVP of Retail Banking, TM & MM's, the Retail Controller, and other key members of the team.
- 20% Leads, coordinates, and effectively manages/supports key initiatives and projects within the Retail Banking Department. Maintains responsibility for project oversight, deadlines, and effective implementation. Additionally is involved and works with confidential & sensitive information.
- 15% Collaborates and coordinates activities with other internal lines of business. Leads, coordinates and periodically manages multi-departmental initiatives/projects. Provides insight and input throughout the process.
- 10% Works closely with Retail Banking business partners to coordinate and successfully communicate key information. Serves as a liaison for the department.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.
