POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for maintaining common areas, such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and offices.
JOB DUTIES:
- Fill all paper towel dispensers, hand sanitizing stations, and soap dispensers
- Empty trash cans in all bathrooms, offices, breakrooms
- Clean sinks and countertops in breakrooms
- Sweep all tile flooring
- Clean restroom amenities – toilets, stall walls, sinks, dispensers, mirrors
- Disinfect commonly used surfaces, door handles, railings
- Dust all office surfaces
- Vacuum all office carpeting
- Dust office baseboards, windowsills, picture frames
- Clean all walls behind trash bins
- Clean light switches and door frames
- Daily walk-throughs for sanitization
- Meet with crew leader daily
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS and education requirements:
- Work night shift from 9:00p to 6:00a, Monday through Friday
- Preferred experience in cleaning, sanitizing
- Must be at least 18 yrs. old
- Must be able to:
- Perform manual tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow verbal and written direction
- Have flexibility to work Saturdays (peak season)
- Have good attendance
- Have a positive attitude/be willing to work
- Able to work at a fast pace,
- Must adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
PHYSICAL Environment & Requirements:
- Plant/Production facility, occasionally outside, or in-store; Possible extreme heat/cold dependent on season
- Continuously requires ability to ffollow verbal and/or written direction
- Frequently requires walking, lifting (up to 50lbs), carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling (up to 200lbs), bending, and crouching
- Occasionally requires sitting, standing, fine dexterity, climbing and handling
- May require ability to operate machinery, drive vehicles (truck, car, van, tug, forklift) or use equipment such as hand tools, computers, or general business equipment
- CDL license or tug/forklift certification may be required
