Lenovo is seeking a seasoned Executive Administrative Partner to provide high-level support to its senior leadership team and ensure seamless operations within a fast-paced, global environment. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic settings and can manage a broad spectrum of administrative responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enabling executive productivity and organizational effectiveness.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for pro-active calendar management / gatekeeper coordinating internal/external meetingsAttend executive staff meetings, tracking actions and following up on outstanding items.Assist with specific projects paying high attention to detail on event planningCollaborate in workshops and team eventsArrange multi-leg international and domestic travel, Pro-active tracking of all flight and ground transportationComplete understanding of company policies and toolsEducate executives on policy and new procedures (spend limits, city caps)Review/approve expense reports on behalf of executive. Process expense reports and reconcile against statementsMaintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary informationGenerate and format presentationsAssist extended team members with administrative duties as neededProvide mentorship to administrative assistants in support centerBasic  Qualifications:Associates Degree or combined 3+ years of experience supporting executives in a corporate environmentProficient in MS Office 365 SuitePreferred Qualifications:High degree of initiative and ability to anticipate needsAbility to practice best judgement when making decisions on behalf of executiveAbility to work across GEO’s and outside of traditional US working hours as neededAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and tactExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with othersStrong leadership skillsPositive, can-do attitude willing to help team and peersAbility to prioritize effectively and take ownership of responsibilitiesStrong attention to detail demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness of workFlexibility to accommodate an ever changing, global environment with strong analytical skills to find solutions
