08/25/2025 Building Maintenance Custodian - Facility Maintenance: Managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of school buildings and grounds.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow applicable safety codes, health regulations and policies, and report any safety and health deficiencies to District Maintenance Director.
- Emergency Response: Addressing urgent repairs, weather-related damages, snow removal and other facility-related emergencies.
- Project Oversight: Oversee renovations, capital improvement projects, and develops/enforces maintenance project timelines.
- Professionalism: Applicant must possess the temperament and professionalism necessary to represent the district in a positive manner with students, staff, subcontractors and community.
- Grounds upkeep and other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BCI background check and clearance (Provided by district)
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Valid Utah driver license
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
1. $21.19Hour
2. 12 Months/Year
3. Up to 29 Hours/Week
4. Monday-Friday, dependent on school activity schedule, may work some Saturdays
5. No benefits
DESCRIPTION:
Tintic School District is seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible for overseeing the routine upkeep, repair and maintenance/custodial functions of West Desert facilities, including school buildings, grounds and equipment. Primary job duties will include:
