🧭 Navigating the position:
The Treasury Finance Analyst is a critical role for the business in optimising our working capital and reporting to the banks for the company’s leveraged debt. The role will oversee the organisation's treasury operations, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and risk management.

🚢 Your Voyage Ahead:
· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the treasury tasks.
· Ensure timely and accurate cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
· Manage the mandatory reporting of performance to the banks and optimise the companies leveraged debt by ensuring interest charges are minimised
· Manage the banking environment within the company, by controlling and administering new users and consolidating banks
· Ensuring funds are swept into an interest bearing money market fund on a regular basis to maximise earnings
· Work with the LR Group Treasury function on the overall cash flow strategy for the business.
· Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency and internal controls.
· Monitor and analyse treasury data to produce accurate financial reports and statements.
· Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and reporting requirements.
· Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

🚢 Recommended to bring on board:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Accountancy qualification - ACCA or ACA or CIMA.
- Previous work in a similar or related role with experience of cashflow reporting, modelling and management a distinct advantage.
- Strong MS Excel skills and capable of capable of building out models and working with high volume of data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
