About the role:
This is an opportunity to apply for a Station Manager (non flexi duty) position at Protection.

Eligibility to apply:
This role is open to existing Group Managers and Substantive eligible Watch Managers.
Application Criteria:
You must ensure you:
- Have a Level 4 Diploma in fire safety including the required CPD hours. (Essential).
- Have a minimum current 2 Qualification. (Essential)
- Have passed the CFRS Station Manager talent pool process. (internal candidates).
- Have an up-to-date Personal Development Review. (internal candidates).
- Have completed your Council mandatory training. (internal candidates).
- Have completed all relevant Mandatory Training (internal candidates).
- Can complete the appropriate fitness test required for Grey operational roles.

Selection Process
Applications will be scored by the panel and successful applicants will be invited to an interview. The interview will consist of a presentation and application/post specific questions.
