Responsibilities
- Serve as the face and voice of the facility – Greet all visitors and callers with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Answer and direct phone calls – Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls accurately, and relay messages promptly.
- Monitor visitor access – Ensure proper sign-in procedures and follow established safety and security protocols.
- Provide administrative support – Assist with scheduling, document handling, and other general front desk tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area – Ensure the front desk reflects the high standards of our community.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a medical, senior care, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual a plus.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times.
