The Role:

To facilitate and complete the preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs of all equipment, including fillers, pumps, mixers, conveyors, production lines, powered lifts, and physical building.

What You Will Do:

· Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

· Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and adjust.

· Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production equipment

· Operation of heavy equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.

· Operation of power tools including drills, saws, grinders, etc.

· Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

· Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently

· Read and interpret equipment manuals, etc. to perform required maintenance and service

· Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

What You Will Bring:

• Flexible and adaptable with regards to performing a wide range of maintenance duties and functions
• Demonstrable aptitude and experience in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic system repairs and maintenance 
• General math skills
• Ability to communicate (in English) both verbally and written to both vendors and managers
• General computer and email competency
