Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking an Operations Procedure Coordinator in our Operations team for our company’s office located in Des Moines, IA. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide support for Cetera Financial Group.
We are seeking to fill this role primarly in Des Moines, IA but are open to one of our hub locations.
El Segundo, CA | Des Moines, IA | St Cloud, MN | San Diego, CA | Dallas, TX.
Core Responsibilities:
Knowledge and experience around operational policies and procedures
Provide operational procedures with the advisors to ensure accuracy of the sales process.
Responsibility of meeting team SLA’s around production queues, report generations and audits.
Lead and support new product or program rollouts. Collaborate with team and internal partners all the while communicating concerns, risks and recommendations to Leadership.
Become a subject matter expert on the Cetera Advisory platforms, including proposal tools, trading tools and performance tools.
Understanding the relationship between different clearing firms and ability to assist in different clearing firms.
Shared responsibility in reporting and tracking department metrics, reports and tasks.
Manage workflow and productivity of the team, escalating to Leadership as necessary.
Become competent in Docupace, NetX360, Adviceworks, MAA, Salesforce and Smartworks
Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Licensing
Minimum Required Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the financial industry
- 4 years of experience with MS Office tools
- Licensing (if applicable)
Travel Requirements: Up to (5%)
Compensation:
The base hourly salary range for this role is $24.05 - $33.65 per hour, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base l salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
