A Bit About the Role:
As Director, you’ll lead with purpose—mentoring your team, partnering with families, ensuring compliance, and driving results. You’ll be the heart of the center, creating a space where children, teachers, and families flourish.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all aspects of your center's daily operations
- Coach, mentor, and inspire your teaching staff
- Monitor student development and classroom effectiveness
- Manage enrollment, staffing, and budgeting goals
- Build trusted relationships with parents and the local community
- Ensure full compliance with Indiana ECE standards and licensing requirements
- Be a visible, hands-on leader who sets the tone for a joyful, high-performing environment
A Bit About You:
- 2+ years of experience as a Director (Indiana experience = a big plus!)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
- A confident communicator and strong leader
- Able to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday

- Salary: $55,000–$65,000/year (negotiable based on experience & credentials)
