Fulltime laundry attendant-Hours Monday through Friday 8 am-4:30 PM

Job duties/requirements include but not limited to:

*Collecting resident laundry, wash, dry, folding and return to appropriate resident/person/place. 

*Removing bedding on scheduled days wash, dry and fold and remaking the bed. 

- Adhering to and convey the philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality and a home like environment for residents by maintaining a clean, neat comfortable environment for Residents, visitors and staff. 

- Adhering to all established policy and procedures. 

-Observe changes in resident status, needs or preferences and communicates them appropriately. 

-Use appropriate cleaning chemicals, knowledge of SDS date and the location. 

-Keeps all information confidential

-Maintain an acceptable attendance record and follows work schedule

-Must interact in a professional manner with Residents, public and co workers and work cooperatively with management. Must display willingness to assist co workers when situation requires. 

-Must have the ability to to spend long periods of time on your feet and do some occasionally heavy lifting (up to 30 lbs.) 15 lbs. regularly.
