As the IT Project Manager I play a crucial role in coordinating IT initiatives that support our healthcare operations. I am experienced, growth-oriented and curious with a demonstrated ability to work with multi-functional teams. Lead Outcomes
- I proactively identify opportunities to enhance delivery and use of DOC’s technology.
- I support a team by solving day to day problems, analyze team needs and provide education about DOC software and technology.
- I work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to assess technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operations.
- I support DOC’s System Architect and Developer to provide efficient delivery and education ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- I ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of our team and guests.
- I manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- I identify and eliminate security risks
- I engage and lead teams through process improvement, implementation of new technology and build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with team members, providers and facility partners.

- Support System Architect and Developer on application development ensuring efficient execution and delivery.
- Lead and manage IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely execution, and budget adherence.
- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for classroom equipment and software as needed.

- Oversee and assist with technology support tickets

- I travel as needed to all clinics/markets, as needed
I exemplify the following competencies and experience:
- I have strong knowledge and experience in healthcare operations and information technology. with healthcare regulations and EHR systems
- I have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare management or a related field
- I have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing IT projects within healthcare settings
- I have experience in helpdesk/customer support or business systems analysis is preferred
- I have excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
- I have a keen ability to translate business and team needs into technical solutions
- My work shows great attention to detail
