JOB TITLE: Technical Staff, Flow Modeling Engineer

SALARY: $116,938 - $194,500/yr

JOB LOCATION: 50 East Greg Street, Suite 105, Sparks NV 89431. Must appear in office 3 days per week; WFH permissible 2 days per week.

DUTIES: Perform multi-physics modeling of flow controllers. Analyze flow metrology data. Develop models, and modeling techniques to improve accuracy of flow metrology. Develop control scaling analysis. Provide guidance to junior engineers on the team. Improve post processing methods for device calibrations. Lead development & productization of key flow control mechanical components such as laminar flow restrictors and valves navigating IP. Formulate experiments and interpret their results using engineering principles of fluid mechanics, mass transfer, thermodynamics, and control systems. Work independently with minimal supervision. Must appear in office 3 days per week: WFH permissible 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a Thermo-Fluids related role.

SKILLS: Experience and/or education must include the following:

1. Simplify complex problems to obtain highly accurate solutions using modeling techniques;
2. Technical expertise in the development and commercialization of systems used in semiconductor flow delivery; 
3. Leading new product and process development, navigating IP and design for manufacturability;
4. Application of Object-Oriented Programming, data analysis, testing and version control, documentation to ensure business continuity; and
5. Working knowledge of design controls, and quality systems.
