What You’ll Do:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY), you’ll work closely with children and their families to support communication and developmental goals through home-based therapy.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and support evaluations
• Provide family education and training
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Stay current with best practices and standards of care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Provisional Texas SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with pediatric populations
  • Ability to work independently in a home health setting
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered care
