Hybrid Administrative Assistant bei Smart Auto (America's Car-Mart)

Smart Auto (America's Car-Mart) is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team!  Smart Auto is a leading buy here/finance here automotive dealership conveniently located at 8413 Kingston Pike in West Knoxville.  We have a sales department, finance department, and full-service automotive repair shop.

As a Sales Administrator, you will assist customers via phone, text, or in person with applications, vehicle questions and financing approvals.  Other responsibilities include following up on leads, preparing and closing sales contracts, maintaining the Smart Auto website for vehicle pictures and descriptions, overall sales area appearance.  The Sales Administrator position is not commission based.

Store Hours are Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM, Saturday 10AM to 6PM, closed on Sunday.  You will have one day off during the week and the dealership is closed on Sunday.  After training, the Sales Manager will put you into the Saturday off rotation schedule.

The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, ability to secure a Tennessee Sales License, and ideally be able to obtain a Notary.  We are not looking for sales experience—we are looking for top notch customer service skills, follow up skills, and a candidate that is focused on accuracy, being detail oriented, and must be a self-starter.
