Key Responsibilities:

• Performs composite layup and cuts material for layup.
• Maintains and prepares materials for log tickets.
• Assembles a variety of simple to complex DG parts
• Deflashes, sands and trims smaller parts when necessary
• Preps, loads and unloads molds in the oven/press/autoclave
• Maintains all tools, molds, fixtures and production equipment in the Composite Assembly area.
• Follows company workmanship and quality standards.
•  Other assigned tasks by management.
• Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and work instructions.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 25 lbs.
• Familiarity with mechanical and bonding assembly processes.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management 
• Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
