Key Responsibilities:
- Performs composite layup and cuts material for layup.
- Maintains and prepares materials for log tickets.
- Assembles a variety of simple to complex DG parts
- Deflashes, sands and trims smaller parts when necessary
- Preps, loads and unloads molds in the oven/press/autoclave
- Maintains all tools, molds, fixtures and production equipment in the Composite Assembly area.
- Follows company workmanship and quality standards.
- Other assigned tasks by management.
- Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and work instructions.
- Must be able to lift and push up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with mechanical and bonding assembly processes.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
- Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
