Location: Olympia, WA & Surrounding Areas
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Compensation: Base + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Build your knowledge of pest control processes, procedures, and methods.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
- Develop sales opportunities through referrals, leads, and cold calling.
- Motivated to exceed or maintain minimum sales goals.
- Effectively explain programs and promotions.
- Respond to warm and cold sales calls to residential and commercial customers.
- Performing on-site quotes, inspections, and field work requiring travel.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Sales experience
- Must be older than 21 years of age
- Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven
