Hybrid Surgical Technologist PRN bei Inception Fertility

We have an immediate opening for a PRN Surgical Technologist. This is an exciting and challenging position with a surgery center that continues to grow. We seek to fill this role with an individual who can work at least 1weekend shift and 2-3 shifts per month. 

General Duties:

· Sets up, stocks, and maintains supplies for the Operating Room.

· Cleans and cares for all equipment according to OSHA guidelines. Assists with sterilization of instruments.

· Assists as scrub technician in the OR. Knowledgeable of proper aseptic technique and set up/use of equipment.

· Assists surgeon & anesthesiologist with sterile surgical procedures.

· Maintains and/or reports repair needs of surgical suite equipment; monitors surgical inventory, which may include ordering supplies.

· Assists with patient care (i.e. moving patient throughout Pre-op/Procedure room/Recovery area).

· Assists RN with Embryo Transfers.

· Maintain (clean/organize) Procedure Room.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program. A Certified Surgical Technologist is highly preferred. HS diploma or GED, required. 

· Ability to demonstrate good judgment.

· Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.

· Ability to remain calm under stress.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.
