Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
Core Responsibilities.
Other responsibilities may be assigned.
- Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to targets
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action
- Optimize workflow and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
- Ensure consistent product quality according to established standards (SOP)
- Supervise and motivate team of 20+ tire manufacturing personnel
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas of improvement
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring all safety regulations are followed
- Resolve employee conflict and maintain a positive work environment
- Coordinate with maintenance teams on repairs and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports
- Communicate regularly with upper management and other departments
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of an associate degree with 3+ years of related leadership experience (applicable progressive military service a plus) or an equivalent combination of work experience totaling 7+ years.
- Strong people skills with the ability to inspire, respect, and empower team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve goals and drive performance improvements.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and some mechanical knowledge, experience preferred.
- Knowledge of operational systems, compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
