This pivotal role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, optimizes reimbursement opportunities, and drives quality improvement through consistent, standardized practices. The MDS Director will act as the organization’s foremost subject matter expert in MDS, guiding regional and facility-level MDS teams toward excellence in regulatory compliance, clinical accuracy, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Direct and standardize MDS processes across all Cascadia facilities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
