Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: $44.86 – $68.97/hour (DOE)
Sign-On Bonus: *Up to $20,000
Swedish Radia Imaging Center in Edmonds, WA is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead CT Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technologist with strong CT expertise to take on a leadership role in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
As the Lead CT Technologist, you will oversee daily operations, workflow, and staffing for the CT department. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, ensuring safety and compliance, and mentoring fellow technologists.
Compensation:
Hourly salary range $44.86/hour to $68.97/hour. The hourly rate is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. An additional $2/hour will be added to your base wage for lead duties.
*The pay range listed above is base pay; this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as shift differential, etc.
Position Summary:
- Lead and work alongside a team of CT technologists to ensure clinical quality and productivity.
- Actively participate in accreditation processes and quality initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment
- Starts IVs and administers various contrast agents
- Properly performs imaging to facility and ACR standards
- Appropriately protocol all orders in advance of appointments
- Properly screen patients prior to scans for any precautions or contraindications
- Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
- Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health and safety standards
- Address patient or workflow issues and escalate concerns as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- ARRT certification (CT required; MRI preferred)
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience required; MRI experience highly desired
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
