Employee Experience Coordinator


Job Description

As Employee Experience Coordinator, you are responsible for creating a positive and professional work environment for all employees and guests of Go Local. You will be the first face people see when they come through the door, and your professionalism and attitude will be key in creating an impactful employee experience for everyone. You will fulfill front desk duties such as managing inbound phone and email inquiries, coordinating orders and deliveries, and you will collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute on culture events. You possess high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and problem-solving skills. 

Job Expectations

  • Answers and properly directs all inbound calls and emails. 
  • Receives and distributes inbound mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinates the regular orders of required office materials. 
  • Coordinates building maintenance requests.
  • Coordinates vending needs.
  • Oversees and maintains organization and cleanliness of the shared work environment.
  • Continuously works to improve the processes of the role. 
  • Maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality as it relates to business operations.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, to be applied in employee interactions and written communications.
  • Demonstrate a high level of organization and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks and projects on a weekly basis.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks appropriately, and exercise sound judgment where procedures cannot be standardized.
  • Ability to receive direction and take action on your tasks and projects in an efficient and professional manner. 

Required Experience

  • 1+ years of professional experience in an office environment.
  • High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in baseline Microsoft and/or Google Suite applications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for extended periods of time. 
  • Withstand seasonal changes in temperature. 
  • Knowledge of how to use basic office equipment.

Travel

  • Not Applicable 

Schedule

  • General office hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday.
  • The role will be non-exempt with a minimum of 40 hours.
