In this newly created position, the Regional Director of Development and Administration for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of best practices that reflect Parker’s mission and values across all HCBS programs.
This leadership role is a blend of program management and strategic business development. The Regional Director will work to expand current services, collaborating with Parker’s Business Development Team on new initiatives, and driving overall organizational growth. The Regional Director will work closely with the senior leaders of Home and Community Based Programs and, in collaboration with the Regional Director for Senior Living, help shape both current and future services that strengthen Parker’s care continuum network.

Annual compensation $215,000 (depending on experience)
Education/Training/Experience for this role:
- Must have a thorough knowledge and expertise in growing HCBS lines of business and knowledge of correlation regulation and guidelines.
- Agility in meeting unmet needs, foster partnerships, and maximize the impact of HCBS programs.
- Experience in operating one or more of the following: Adult Day, Outpatient Rehab, PACE, Care Management program.
- Senior or Regional level leadership experience with strategic, business development and operational planning.
- Requires a combination of operational expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of business principles to foster innovation.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving and strong communication and people skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related healthcare discipline required.
- Master’s degree in public administration or business administration is preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive management expertise in growing HCBS programs and services.
