The Role

We’re scaling in El Paso and looking for a professional and seasoned Recovery Agent who knows how to run a city, work clean, and treat people with respect. You’ll locate, secure, and recover vehicles for forwarding companies and HNS direct clients while following our Texas-compliant procedures and documentation standards.

Pay & Incentives (Straightforward. No fluff.)

• $85 per unit recovered (1099), paid every other week on our existing pay schedule.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus — paid as $1,000 per month (up to five months).
  • Eligibility each month: you must recover ≥ 50 vehicles that month.
  • Bonus pays only for months you meet the threshold; total potential = $5,000.
• High performers in our market consistently hit 75+ units/month when routes and hours are managed well.

What You’ll Do

• Run targeted recoveries using our data tools (DRN/LPR hits, lender assignments, and internal intel).
• Locate, verify, and recover assigned collateral safely and lawfully—no breach of peace, ever.
• Capture complete file documentation (time-stamped photos, address notes, location evidence).
• Coordinate redemptions/appointments with the yard team per lender instructions.
• Communicate quickly and clearly—every assignment gets a status update within 2 hours.

What You Bring

• 2 years verifiable experience in collateral recovery (proof via tax returns, pay stubs, or company references).
• Strong skip skills and discipline; comfortable with night/weekend work when needed.
• Clean, professional conduct aligned with Texas & federal rules (FDCPA/TDCA best practices, GLBA/DPPA data handling).
• Equipment & credentials appropriate to the work (e.g., your own tools, TDLR-license).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus in the El Paso market.
