Travel Required: Yes. Local travel in the Creighton/Denare Beach area required. Valid driver's license required, fleet vehicle available.
Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
Knowledge and Abilities
- Possess effective communication skills with the ability to relate to individuals
- Demonstrate empathy/concern & interest in providing care for home care clients
- Demonstration of efficiency and a calm manner in providing nursing services
- Ability to deal with clients in their homes and adapt to frequent changes
Other Information
- Creighton is located approximately 2 km south of Flin Flon
- 2 years related experience in community or geriatric nursing preferred
- Be physically fit and able to perform duties as outlined
