Santa Rosa Academy is a K-12 public charter school, established in 2005 and chartered out of the Menifee Union School District. We serve students in Riverside county with site-based, home study, and a combination of home study/on-site programs accreditated by the Schools Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, performs a variety of responsible and technical personnel functions and activities; assist with the technical processes relating to recruiting by planning, organizing recruitments, and scheduling of applicants, preparing interview panels for selection and employment processes in compliance with the schools policies, regulations, and procedures; maintains the online training programs for employees and the Frontline Substitute coverage system; assist in the planning, organization, development and maintenance of a comprehensive personnel record management, storage and retrieval system for all district employees and to do other related functions as directed.

Student Enrollment 1,700 for Charter School.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by college coursework preferably supplemented by courses in the Human Resources field
• A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible clerical experiences; training or experience in personnel desirable.; or any combination of training and/or experience that could like provide the desired knowledge and abilities.
• Knowledge of Human Resources or public school administration and methods, practices, and terminology, is preferred.
Salary Info
$21.56 - $26.87 Hourly (8 steps)

Employment in this position is contingent upon pre-employment clearances:
Department of Justice/FBI Clearance, Background Check, Child Abuse/Mandated Reporting Training (AB 1432), Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (SB 1343), and legal documentation verifying your identity and any license/certification required by this job description.
