This role involves understanding customer needs, developing and delivering customer-centric solutions and strategies, and ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented to drive business outcomes.

This is a brand new, permanent opporunity within our high performing Marketing team, working hybrid with time spent collaborating in our offices just 10 minutes from Birmingham Airport, within our branch network and remotely.

As Customer Prpositon Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact through:

 

Strategic Vision:
Developing and executing a customer proposition strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives. 

Customer Understanding:
Conducting customer research, analysing data, and using insights to identify unmet needs and opportunities for improvement. 

Proposition Design:
Creating and designing compelling customer propositions that deliver value and differentiate the business from competitors. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Working closely with marketing, digital, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of customer propositions across all channels. 

Performance Management:
Monitoring and analysing the performance of customer propositions, identifying areas for optimisation, and making data-driven decisions.

About you:

 

STRATEGIC THINKING: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with business goals. 
CUSTOMER FOCUS: Deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and motivations. 
COMMERCIAL ACUMEN: Ability to translate customer insights into profitable business opportunities. 
COMMUNICATION AND INFLUENCE: Strong communication skills to effectively articulate the customer proposition vision and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. 
EXPERIENCE IN PROPOSITION DEVELOPMENT: Significant experience in developing and implementing customer-centric propositions, ideally within a specific industry.
