Key Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Operations Manager in the delivery of full transport services as required and using relevant computer-based software.
- Line manage operational staff, ensuring timesheets are completed and entered accurately to Payroll.
- Monitor driving and passenger assistant staffing to ensure a full complement of staff are available at any one time.
- Communicate with contractual clients in a patient, informative and professional manner.
- Communicate with Parents and Carers in an understanding and caring manner.
- Ensure vehicle defects are reported in line with Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all communication equipment is utilised correctly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Possess strong IT skills
- A strong communicator, both written and verbally.
- Fantastic organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Benefits
- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
