Under the general supervision of the MOT Director, perform a variety of custodial duties in support of classroom and administrative operations and to perform other assigned duties.

Requirements / Qualifications
This part time position will mainly cover cleaning of afterschool program rooms at different school sites.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
*Graduation from high school or equivalent.
*Ability to complete and pass a district approved weight-endurance physical test.
*One year experience in custodial or grounds maintenance work.
*Knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment used in custodial work; requirements for maintaining school buildings and grounds in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
*Able to use cleaning materials and equipment with skill and efficiency.
*Able to use basic tools for minor repairs.
*Knowledge of operating heating and ventilating equipment.
