Position Summary: Under the direction of the Educational Supervisor and the guidance of the Kids' Company Site Lead, the Kids' Company Lead is responsible for facilitating daily activities in order to support each child's developmental, physical, emotional, mental, and social needs. Specific Work Hours: Monday - Friday, Part-time, shifts will vary
Position Start Date: August 18, 2025
Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required. The successful candidate will be reliable, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a recognition, interest, and respect for the needs of children. Prior experience working with children is preferred.
Salary: From $17.04- $21.12 an hour depending upon qualifications.
