Role: Support the contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with credit union policies and legal requirements. Assist with organization and maintenance of contract documentation. Work closely with business units and Project Management staff to ensure contracts support project objectives. Facilitate annual vendor compliance reviews. Collaborate with various internal teams and interact with external vendors.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

*Facilitate the management of existing vendor relationships. Review and manage renewal dates and reminders for existing vendor contracts, work orders, and addendums. Coordinate with business unit owners to review, manage and archive vendor documents, updates, and superseding contact versions. Assist business units with contract terminations.

*Assist in the effective assessment and onboarding of new and potential vendors through necessary due diligence, including contract review and documentation gathering.

*Review vendor risk ratings and facilitate reviews of CUA vendor relationships which have been deemed “critical” to CUA operations. Manage vendor resiliency ratings and facilitate the collection of supporting documentation.

*Assist with the administration of the Business Continuity program. Update plans and necessary supporting documentation from business units. Assist with the planning, facilitation, and documentation of annual table-top testing.

*Serve as an administrator for the vendor management, contract management, and business continuity software programs. Assist with the maintenance of programs, ensure all documentation and employee/vendor information is current and relevant.

*Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisor. Continue professional development through training and participation in professional organizations. Employees shall be trained annually, demonstrate an understanding of, and follow the requirements of the BSA/AML Compliance Program as it specifically relates to their job functions.

Knowledge & Skills:

Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Education: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). 

Other Skills: 
1. Ability to research and comprehend state and federal regulations applicable to financial institutions.
 2. Willingness to learn risk management concepts, with emphasis on operational and regulatory activities.
 3. Strong organizational skills, highly motivated, and detail oriented.
 4. Working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing software and a comfort with the use of new technologies and software applications.
 5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
