Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing inventory, assisting with ordering, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. Your Contribution to Overture:
- Admin: Data entry, mail handling, telephones, client interaction
- Collections: reach out to past due clients to collect payment
- Ordering: coordinate and place Purchase Orders
- Scheduling: coordinate with team for service calls
- Reporting: process daily reports to HQ
- Invoicing: send invoices to clients
- Maintain Office: Supplies, facility maintenance, access, equipment, cleaning staff
- Manage Inventory
