You Are:

Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing inventory, assisting with ordering, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes.

 Your Location:
  • In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
  • 20660 Coastal Highway, Suite 1, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971
Your Schedule:
  • Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
  • Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:30pm
Your Language Skills:
  • English (Highly Proficient Written & Verbal)
Your Manager:
  • Mike, Sr Project and Design Director

Your Contribution to Overture:

  • Admin: Data entry, mail handling, telephones, client interaction
  • Collections: reach out to past due clients to collect payment
  • Ordering: coordinate and place Purchase Orders
  • Scheduling: coordinate with team for service calls
  • Reporting: process daily reports to HQ
  • Invoicing:  send invoices to clients
  • Maintain Office: Supplies, facility maintenance, access, equipment, cleaning staff
  • Manage Inventory

Overture's Contribution to You:

Salary:
  • $70k/yr
