What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations of our Commerce City retail location
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the SAPP values
Create and uphold a culture of 5-Star Service where guests always feel welcome
Manage smart scheduling, promotions, and sales initiatives to meet and exceed goals
Oversee inventory management, collaborate with vendors, and ensure a safe and efficient environment
Maintain company standards for cleanliness and operational excellence
Lead by example, setting the tone for guest-first service, employee engagement, and performance
