Hybrid Landscaper/Groundskeeper - Full-Time, Temporary bei Woodlands Senior Living

Woodlands Senior Living is looking for a full-time landscaper/groundskeeper to join our team through the month of October 2025! 

What you will do as a Landscaper/Groundskeeper:  

• Landscaping and lawn care: Maintaining lawns, hedges, and garden beds.
• Safety and accessibility: Ensuring walkways are clear and safe, removing debris and snow/ice, and addressing hazards.
• General upkeep: Keeping the grounds tidy by removing trash and litter, and cleaning entrances and other amenity areas.
• Horticulture and plant health: Maintaining the health of plants through watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest management.
• Equipment operation and maintenance: Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment.
• Minor repairs and maintenance: Performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Must be 18 years of age

Must have prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping

Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR and Varicella

A current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required

Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision
